Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages spiritual growth and respectful dialogue.

  • Integrate faith and values across the curriculum and daily school life.

  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student wellbeing.

  • Participate in school liturgies, faith formation activities, and community events.

About You:

  • Accredited Teacher (or eligible for accreditation) in the ACT.

  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Bachelor of Education, Master of Teaching).

  • Current ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration or ability to obtain.

  • Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration or ability to obtain.

  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ethos and values of a Christian/Catholic school.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to inspire and engage students in their spiritual learning journey.
